2. Account Registration & Management

If your account is closed at your own request, any remaining balance will be refunded via your last verified payment method, subject to identity verification. kt1971 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
Financial transactions on the kt1971 Platform
kt1971 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via mobile wallet methods. Deposits are generally credited to your account within seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. kt1971 does not charge any fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or business associates — are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent verified deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. kt1971 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours during standard Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business operations, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the volume of requests at the time.
kt1971 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. These documents may include a copy of your Bangladeshi NID, a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account screen showing your registered mobile number, or a recent bank statement. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until satisfactory verification is completed.
kt1971 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where: (a) the transaction is flagged as potentially fraudulent by kt1971's internal systems or by the relevant payment provider; (b) the account holder has not completed identity verification; (c) the transaction would breach applicable responsible gaming limits set by the player; or (d) the transaction is associated with a suspected breach of these Terms.
4. Bonuses & Promotions
Rules governing all kt1971 promotional offers
All bonuses and promotional offers made available through the kt1971 Platform are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the offer is presented. General eligibility for any kt1971 bonus requires that the player: (a) has a fully verified account in good standing; (b) has met the minimum deposit threshold specified for that promotion; (c) has opted in to the relevant promotion where opt-in is required; and (d) is not subject to any active self-exclusion or account restriction.

5. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

- Any form of fraudulent payment activity, including chargebacks, disputed transactions, or use of stolen payment credentials.
- Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at kt1971 staff or other players via any communication channel.
6. Responsible Gaming

kt1971 is not liable for losses arising from: internet or network outages; errors in third-party game software; payment provider delays or failures; or events beyond kt1971's reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, or civil disruption.
kt1971 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, kt1971 will provide notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address at least 7 days prior to the change taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
